This monster from Frederick charged in connection with a Worcester County investigation into child pornography was indicted Friday by a Frederick County grand jury, State’s Attorney Charlie Smith said.
Jeremy Davidson, 28, was indicted on charges of drug possession and three counts each of possession of child pornography and distribution of the material.
Officers from the Maryland State Police Computer Crimes Unit arrested the white pedophile after serving a warrant at his apartment in the 100 block of Willowdale Drive at about 5:30 a.m. Jan. 11. Officers found unspecified drugs at the apartment, officials said.
The investigation of the monster began when Worcester County sheriff’s deputies found an online account distributing pornographic images of children. State police headed the investigation once the account was linked to an address in Frederick County, then to the ogre.
Nine other unsealed indictments were handed up by the grand jury Friday, Smith said:
Melvin Akins Jr., 49, of
Emmitsburg, on charges of third-degree sex offense and second-degree rape, two counts of second-degree sex offense and five counts of sex abuse of a minor.
Joshua David Ketterman, 21, of Frederick, on charges of first- and fourth-degree burglary, theft, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, having a handgun in a vehicle, altering a firearm ID number, attempting to elude police, attempting to flee police, driving under the influence, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and driving at an unreasonable speed.
Jose Mauricio Escobar Flores, 40, of an unknown address, on charges of home invasion, first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary; fourth-degree burglary (theft); and reckless endangerment, and two counts each of malicious destruction of property and first- and second-degree assault.
Ralph Elwood Davis, 49, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, on charges of possession and possession with intent to distribute heroin, cocaine and oxycodone.
Davon Antonio Vinson, 26, of Frederick, on charges of possession and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, MDMA, heroin and Adderall, as well as four counts of possessing drugs with intent to distribute near school property.
Chayce Matthew Dennis, 18, of Middletown, on charges of first- and fourth-degree burglary, theft, malicious destruction of property and conspiracy to commit those crimes.
Dennis’ co-defendant, Sarah McKenzie Burdette, 18, of Smithsburg, was indicted on the same charges.
Aaron Christopher English, 31, of Frederick, on charges of first- and fourth-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property, theft and conspiracy to commit theft.
Roy Ernest Sutherin, 36, of Brooklyn, Maryland, on charges of armed robbery, robbery and theft and two counts of second-degree assault.
The cases against the defendants now move forward to Frederick County Circuit Court. No court dates have been set.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
