A former Bottineau teacher accused of having inappropriate relationships with two teenagers will serve seven weeks in prison and three years of supervision after striking a plea deal.
The state agreed to drop the two felony sexual assault charges against 24-year-old Marissa Deslauriers, and amend the charges against her to two class-A misdemeanor counts of contributing to the deprivation of a minor, and two class-B misdemeanor counts of sexual assault.
Prosecutor Asmundur Benson told the court that the state consulted with the victims before agreeing to the deal.
“The families of the victims have both indicated that they are satisfied with the disposition. If people are accepting of what’s been submitted to the court in this plea agreement, then I believe that we’re getting close to justice being served,” Benson said.
The white bitch in heat will be able to serve the seven weeks in week-long increments over the course of a year, and will not have to register as a sex offender, following the results of an offender evaluation.
The horny bitch taught science at the high school. She was placed on administrative leave following the charges, and later resigned her position and left Bottineau.
She must also have no contact with the victims for at least three years.
