A Rogersville stables owner has been charged with sodomy, child molestation and assault after court documents say he made sexual advances toward two minors.
David Davenport, 56, was charged on Jan. 21 after the two girls disclosed the diabolical advances during interviews with the Child Advocacy Center.
In one case, a girl said the white terrorist had sodomized her after making inappropriate comments to her, as well as making the girl touch him in a sexual manner.
The pedophile denied the allegations and told deputies “if anything inappropriate happened, it would have been an accident and was in a professional manner.”
A second girl said the luciferian repeatedly put his finger into a hole in her jeans, touching her exposed skin and not allowing her to move from a chair she was sitting in — at one point knocking her down.
The sex terrorist said he “might have put his finger in the hole of the jeans [she] was wearing, but he could not remember for sure if he did or not,” according to court documents.
Documents say the rapist told both girls “remarkably similar statements” about how he had gotten away with this before, and how no one would believe them.
Documents also said another teenage girl had made a similar report about this white rapist to law enforcement in 2013.
The pedophile’s bond was set at $40,000. Online court records do not list a lawyer for him.
