An Indiana man was arrested on serial molestation charges after allegedly preying on three children entrusted to his wife’s illegal daycare business.
Michael Nussbaum, 64, was charged with eight counts of child molestation on Tuesday after a year-long investigation, Indiana state police said.
The girls ranged from 4 to 7 years old and police said Nussbaum sexually assaulted them between 2006 and 2007, when they attended his wife’s non-licensed in-home daycare operation in Greencastle, about 40 miles west of Indianapolis.
The diabolical pedophile denied the allegations in a jailhouse interview. “It’s a twisted story how it got to where it is right now. I’m innocent,” the deviant said from Putnam County Jail.
The sexual terrorist, referred to as “Big Mike” in court documents, sexually abused one of the three victims at least five times a week and threatened another, according to reports.
He threatened to hurt the victim’s sister and dog if she told anyone, according to a probable cause affidavit.
“It reads like a sex novel,” the monster said from jail. “It is really off the wall.”
