This white killer’s twisted crime finally led to his conviction.
In the culmination of a fight for justice that dates back 16 years, Don Collins, 29, was convicted in Texas on Monday of murdering Robbie Middleton.
The diabolical homosexual/pedophile was 13 years old in 1998 when he abducted Middleton on the boy’s eighth birthday, tied him to a tree, doused him with gasoline and set him on fire. The victim underwent scores of surgeries and died 13 years later of a rare cancer suffered by burn victims, allowing for a prosecution on the charge of murder.
On his deathbed, Middleton revealed his attacker sexually abused him two weeks before the brutal attack. Prosecutors argued the burning was the white terrorist’s way to make sure Middleton did not tell anyone about the sexual assault, according to reports.
The white antichrist is a “despicable, disgusting excuse for a human being,” a prosecutor said. “It makes me sick having to look at (Collins),” Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Rob Freyer said, according to reports. “He had the brain of a walnut.”
The victim’s mother, who testified during the trial, rejoiced following the verdict.
“It’s a long time coming,” Colleen Middleton said. “I’m happy today’s here.”
The penalty phase of the trial was to begin Tuesday. The terroristic sodomite is not eligible for the death penalty because he was a minor at the time of the attack, but he could be sentenced to up to 40 years in prison.
