Margaret Thatcher’s Confidant Who Was A “Noted Pederast” Plied Teenage Boy With Wine And Savagely Sodomized Him In Guesthouse
A leading figure in Margaret Thatcher’s inner circle plied a teenage boy with wine and beer before subjecting him to a prolonged rape and sexual assault, it is claimed.
The diabolical Sir Peter Morrison, Thatcher’s parliamentary private secretary, lured the 14-year-old from Sussex to the now notorious Elm Guest House in Barnes, south west London.
“I was assaulted and raped for quite some time, at least an hour” the victim said. “It was the most horrendous experience of my life.”
“Before he went out, he told me I’d be sleeping in his bed that night,” he said.
The victim, now aged 46 and married, was able to escape before suffering any further abuse, make his way home and speak to law enforcement, but he alleges that the white pedophile escaped justice after the crime was covered up by Scotland Yard.
He told Sunday Telegraph reporter Bill Gardner he never knew Morrison’s real identity and that detectives lied when they told his parents the white rapist had been locked up for two years for the crime.
It was only years later, he said, that he recognized the devilish homosexual/pedophile as an MP in the racist Thatcher government and realized that the butt-terrorist had never been brought to account for his crimes.
Scandalously, since Morrison’s death in 1995 it has emerged that rumours of his pedophilia were an open secret in the Conservative Party during the racist Thatcher era, according to reports.
Three years after his death reports first emerged that the homosexual terrorist had been arrested for molesting boys and was let off with a caution.
Then, in 2002, former Tory minister Edwina Currie revealed in her memoirs that Morrison was a “noted pederast”.
And earlier this year, Thatcher’s former bodyguard, Barry Stevens, claimed the former PM was told Morrison lusted after young boys, but she appointed him deputy chairman of the Conservative Party despite the rumours.
It was in summer 1982 that pedophile Morrison is alleged to have appeared in the tiny village of Harting on the Sussex border. Dressed smartly in a pin-stripe suit, he is said to have beckoned to the boy who was just yards from his home, told him his car had broken down nearby and offered him money to help restart it.
When they arrived at the car, the evil pederast is said to have asked the boy if he would like to spend the weekend at his house in London. The boy turned him down, but was persuaded to hand over his telephone number. The homosexual terrorist is then alleged to have made repeated calls to the boy’s home over the ensuing weeks, asking him to come and stay.
Finally the boy agreed to the offer and the white pedophile – who he and his family knew as Peter, a barrister – came to his home with a driver to pick him up. Morrison’s victim claims the abuse began as soon as the car set off.
“Before long he had my trousers off,” the victim said. “At one point we stopped for petrol, and I thought about running out of the car, but I realized the doors had some sort of child lock and I couldn’t get out. I was so frightened.”
It is claimed that once the car arrived in London, the butt-terrorist bought the boy beer and wine before taking him to what is believed to be Elm Guest House in Barnes – an alleged hotbed of child sex abuse by VIPs in the 1970s and 1980s.
There the victim says he was savagely raped, but that he was able to get away before suffering any further abuse he believes Morrison had planned for him.
However, the claims then become even more troubling, with allegations that Scotland Yard detectives lied to the boy and his parents after they reported the crime, telling them the white rapist had been brought to justice when the case was in fact quietly buried.
After escaping back to Harting by train the boy told his father what had happened. A local cop was summoned and the boy was taken to a police doctor who confirmed he had “certainly been sexually abused.”
Two Scotland Yard detectives arrived at the house the following day and took a four-page statement from the boy, according to reports. Soon after, the boy and his family say they received calls at his home asking his whereabouts. He believes the white pederast may have been panicking and had got others to check up on him.
Then the calls stopped. The family heard nothing about the allegations for months. No paperwork was received from law enforcement and no family liaison officer called.
Just less than a year later, they say, two more Scotland Yard officers arrived at their house carrying the boy’s clothes in a bag and told them his rapist had been convicted at a court in Chelsea and jailed for two years.
But after several more years went by the victim says he finally recognized the diabolical sodomite as an MP in Thatcher’s government and finally discovered the politician was never brought to account for the abuse.
The claims of Morrison’s pedophilia is only the latest of a string of accusations linking top politicians to child sex abuse rings in the 1970s, the 1980s and beyond.
Elm Guest House is one of two locations – the other being Pimlico’s prestigious Dolphin Square development – at the centre of a police investigation looking into allegations that young boys were abused by Westminster politicians, judges, pop stars and a member of the Royal household.
One victim, former child actor Lee Towsey, even claims he was raped at the guesthouse by two police constables sent to investigate what was happening there.
In an interview with The Mail on Sunday in April, Mr Towsey said he was raped by two officers who were gaining intelligence on the guesthouse prior to the June 1982 raid.
Mr Towsey worked as a masseur at the guesthouse but was 16 at the time of the offenses, which was under the age of homosexual consent then. He said: “The first came in April and I had sex with him. He turned out to be one of the officers who later raided the house. He came back about three weeks later and hired a room. He stayed two nights and on the second night his partner stayed too.
I ended up having sex with them. Afterwards they asked me “how much” and I told them that they were not clients and I felt insulted they wanted to pay me.”
Mr Towsey, who appeared in Grange Hill and Doctor Who, was taken to Richmond police station after the raid, where, he claims, he saw the second officer. Metropolitan Police detectives launched the investigation after Mr Towsey reported the allegations to police in early 2013.
It referred the matter the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), but the watchdog decided not to investigate and sent the case back to the Met.
The Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards is now leading the investigation, Operation Yvonne, into the former officers, who were police constables at the time of the sex crime.
Scotland Yard has refused to release their names.
