Horse-Face Teacher Gets Only 15 Days For Raping A Student
This ugly Marion County high-school cross-country coach was sentenced yesterday to almost two weeks in jail for sexual contact with a 17-year-old boy.
Martina Stanley, 35, who coached at Elgin High School, was charged with sexual battery, a third-degree felony.
She pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted gross sexual imposition and will serve ONLY 13 days in jail, then one year of probation.
In addition, she was ordered to perform 60 hours of community service.
“She wanted to be clear that this was very out of character for her,” said Todd Anderson, Stanley’s attorney. “She’s what we call a true first offender.”
Anderson further said that the evil hoe “suffered from some depression. I think she was kind of emotionally fragile at the time. It became a flirtatious situation. She fully acknowledged this was wrong.”
Officials of the Elgin Local Schools contacted the Marion County sheriff’s office after learning that the ugly scallywag might have behaved inappropriately.
The prosecutor’s office said the school acted on rumors that the bitch had sexual encounters with the boy, who was not a member of the team but a student at the school and her neighbor.
The horse face bitch will lose her teaching license and will have to report as a sex offender for the next 15 years, Anderson said.
