A “white” supervisor at a Minnesota nursing home reportedly branded an 89-year-old rape victim a “flirt” who teased her 30-year-old attacker “mercilessly.”
The supervisor defended the diabolical rapist, even after he admitted to savagely raping the elderly woman and was arrested, according to court papers.
“Did she tell you that this was consensual?” the home’s clinical services director Marilyn Moore reportedly told a nurse examiner who inspected the woman. “Did she tell you that she flirts with this boy mercilessly?”
The shocking allegations were reported by the Star Tribune, citing court documents tied to a lawsuit against the Edgewood Vista facility in Hermantown.
The woman was locked in a psychiatric ward for nearly three days after she reported the attack, according to the documents.
Andrew Scott Merzwski was a caretaker in January 2013 at the home when he savagely sexually terrorized the woman.
“It’s not right,” she reportedly said. “This wouldn’t be right.”
The woman told her daughter what happened the next day, and the daughter called the cops.
The evil peckerwood quickly admitted he savagely raped the woman, but the octogenarian’s horrors were far from over.
She was forced into a psychiatric ward at St. Luke’s Hospital after the attack. She spent nearly three days in a cold room as investigators checked out her story, nurse examiner Theresa Flesvig testified.
“The room was dark and cold … and they locked her in at night and all she had was a blanket,” Flesvig testified.
The nurse examiner was stunned when she heard Moore describe the woman as a flirt and suggest the sex was “consensual.”
When Flesvig was finally able to perform a full rape examination on the woman, she found the “biggest tear” she’d ever seen, she testified.
“I was just shocked that somebody was so blatantly putting the blame on this woman,” she said.
The “white” rapist/terrorist was eventually convicted in the attack. He was sentenced in January and is serving ONLY a 53-month prison term.
I strongly suspect that the victim is a non-white person.
