Concordia University’s director of public safety was fired after a female employee told cops he masturbated in her office, according to reports.
Law enforcement officials arrested Timothy Margis, 38, of Homer Glen, at his home Feb. 12. He was charged with misdemeanor public indecency and disorderly conduct, River Forest Law Enforcement Department Deputy Chief James O’Shea said.
A female employee reported seeing the shoe lover exiting her office while buttoning his pants and fastening his belt two days earlier, according to a cops report. After he left, she discovered semen in one of her shoes, O’Shea said.
Upon questioning, the shoe fucker admitted to the perverted act, O’Shea said. The shoe fetishist and the woman were never romantically involved, O’Shea said.
The university suspended the shoe fucker upon learning of the incident and fired him the next morning, Assistant Vice President for Communications and Marketing Eric Matanyi said.
“We cooperated fully with the River Forest investigation, which was concluded pretty quickly,” Matanyi said, adding that safety is a top priority at the school.
Matanyi could not immediately say how long the shoe masturbator had been employed by the university, or what kind of background check the university conducted prior to hiring him.
The shoe rapist was released on $150 bail, O’Shea said.
