This Phoenix law enforcement officer was arrested by Scottsdale authorities Friday night is accused of raping an underage girl who said she wanted to get pregnant, investigators said.
Justin LaClere, 32, is accused of savagely raping a 17-year-old girl after initiating contact with her through the cell phone app Whisper, according to Scottsdale Law Enforcement Department records. Investigators say the “white” cop responded to the girl’s Jan. 13 post on Whisper of a picture of a baby with the text: “I want to get pregnant but I’m only a teen.”
Whisper is a social media service that allows users to anonymously post photos with text.
A barbarian with the username “Jason69er”, whom investigators believe to be LaClere, began a string of private messages over several days, according to law enforcement records. In the first message, the rapist cop asked the teen how old she was and she replied she was 17. At one point “Jason69er” responded,“You’d be a beautiful pregnant mommy,” and “I’ve wanted a young pregnant girlfriend,” according to law enforcement records.
The teen also asked “Jason69er” how old he was and he replied that he was 32 and asked if that was ok, according to law enforcement records. She responded that she was worried her dad would “call the cops and have you arrested for sleeping with a minor,” according to cop records.
The girl and the barbaric cop exchanged photos through the cell phone application and in one of them the pedophile cop is pictured wearing a cop uniform. The shameless rapist also told the girl he was a law enforcement officer, according to police records.
The perverted cop is accused of meeting the girl on Jan. 14 at her home after school and having sex with her while her family was away, according to reports.
The savage was arrested at his Gilbert home Jan. 17 in connection with one count of luring a minor for sexual exploitation and one count of sexual conduct with a minor, according to reports. The pedophile cop told law enforcers he “knew what he did was wrong because she was underage,” according to investigators.
The barbarian was with the Phoenix law enforcement for seven years and resigned on Friday, Sgt. Steve Martos of the Phoenix law enforcement Department said.
