This child rapist who was identified as a potential sexual terrorist at the age of three has been given five life sentences.
Daniel Chipchase, 20, admitted raping a six-year-old boy last October in a public toilet at a caravan site at Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire.
A young girl then told how she had been raped at the age of four or five by him while another girl was subjected to sex attacks from the age of six.
Chipchase, of Rhyl, Denbighshire, had shown signs of perverted sexual behaviour when he was taken into care shortly after starting school.
At 13, he admitted raping a 10-year-old girl. Alexander Dunn, defending, said: “In some ways, he never had a chance.
“He was subjected to sexual abuse and witnessed abuse against his mother.”
Judge Sean Morris, jailing Chipchase this week for a minimum of 12 years at Lincoln Crown Court, said: “You represent a significant risk of serious harm to children.”
