St. Cloud law enforcers arrested this barbarian who is accused of stabbing his daughter with a sword Friday night.
Authorities said Juan Javier Lovine, 43, grabbed a sword during an argument and stabbed his daughter in the right forearm and chest.
The victim, whose name was not released by law enforcement, was unfortunately listed in stable condition after she was flown to Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Investigators said the victim is expected to recover.
Lovine was also taken to a hospital after suffering an eye injury, and he was moved to the Osceola County Jail Saturday morning.
Lovine was charged with attempted felony murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. He is being held without bond.
Lovine’s mother, Isabel Rego, was in the home in the Deer Creek Subdivision on Holden Drive when the incident occurred, and she was arrested on charges of resisting an officer without violence.
