In Lancaster County, a former law enforcement officer is sentenced up to 65 years in prison for sexually terrorizing four girls. Michael Archacki, who was also once a firefighter, used his position to gain the trust of girls, who were between 12 and 14 years old, before abusing them during sleepovers at his home.
In September, a jury found that Archacki used his influence as a cop, fireman and father of young children to gain access to four young girls, ages 12 -14, and sexually assault them in his Quarryville home.
In court, Archacki, who was once considered a trusted friend of the families he victimized, was called a selfish, despicable, monster.
The pedophile showed no remorse when the sentence was handed down. And when the judge asked if he wanted to say anything, he said no.
