The alleged victim went to authorities 13 days ago, saying that the pastor, Malcom Fraser, raped her repeatedly for one year while he and his wife lived with her family, according to court documents prepared by the prosecutor’s office.
When Enumclaw law enforcement officials arrested Fraser on Tuesday, he surprised them by not asking who had accused him of rape, according to investigators account in the documents.
“I didn’t think you’d tell me,” he told officers.
The child rapist works as an assistant pastor at Sound Doctrine Church and also works at Wine Press Christian Publishing, where he is the executive officer.
Jail records indicate Fraser bailed out of the King County Jail Thursday night. He is scheduled for arraignment on April 5.
