This “white” sodomite who’s facing three felony charges for the assault of a 15-year-old boy at knifepoint Jan. 20 in a bathroom at Government Springs Park North could face another felony charge after a Friday hearing.
Following testimony of the 15-year-old boy, Special District Judge Brian Lovell said he believed there was evidence to support another felony charge, of solicitation of a minor.
The teen said he was with some friends at the park when they first saw Campbell.
After his friends left the park, he said Campbell approached him, asking for a cigarette.
The teen said Campbell began to talk to him, stating he’d just gotten out of prison and “done things with other males.”
The boy said Campbell offered to pay him for sexual acts before pulling a pocket knife and forcing him into a bathroom. He said once inside, Campbell sexually assaulted him.
Assistant District Attorney Irene Asai asked the teen why he didn’t attempt to flee. *Great question*
“Because I was afraid for my life,” he said. “Because I was afraid if I’d get up he’d get me.”
Campbell’s court-appointed attorney, Greg Camp, asked the teen whether he had any ailments that would prevent him from running away. The teen said he had “messed up” knees and could run only for a short while.
Now he has messed up knees and a messed up rectum how is that any better? Silly faggot.
Camp asked the teen if he could have run at any point during the ordeal, and the teen admitted there were times when he could have.
“Would you agree with me you at least had the potential to run?” Camp said.
“Yes,” the teen replied.
Lovell said he found probable cause existed the crimes alleged were committed by Campbell and bound him over on the three charges.
Asai said she intended to file an amended information in the case, which would include the charge of solicitation of a minor.
Campbell, who is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond, was set for district court arraignment April 9.
