Franklyn Ervin Carey was arraigned in 54A District Court on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The bald-headed pedophile, who lives in the boy’s Lansing neighborhood, is being held at the Ingham County Jail on a $500,000 bond. The alleged assaults occurred at Carey’s home.
The boy left his family’s home Dec. 8 to go to Pattengill Middle School, but did not arrive at school, officials said. He was then seen Dec. 12 in downtown Lansing riding a bicycle. Little did he know that this “white” beast would later on ride him like a horse.
The boy, who was considered a runaway, was found Monday afternoon.
