Law enforcement officials in Chesapeake have arrested a 52-year-old “white” beast on 21 counts related to the sexual assault of a minor.
Steven Thomas Nestoryak, who lives on Stonewood Court in Chesapeake, was arrested on two counts of rape, two counts of digital penetration, six counts of indecent liberties, three counts of oral sodomy (WTF?), six counts of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of object sexual penetration.
Law enforcement spokeswoman Kelly O’Sullivan said the arrest came after a five-month investigation into the charges. Nestoryak is being held without bond at the Chesapeake City Jail.
