The beast to the left, a Gibson County creature is accused of fondling a three-year-old boy on Wednesday and then dropping him out a second-story window at the Trenton Tower Apartments where they both live.
The same beast allegedly forced another three-year-old in the same apartment complex into having oral sex in the woods nearby. That incident was reported on May 10.
21-year-old Sean Vaughn is in the Gibson County Jail on a $150,000 bond. He is charged with aggravated rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery, especially aggravated kidnapping and reckless endangerment.
The mother of the boy who was dropped out the window said she’s still in a state of shock.
She did not want her identity revealed.
She told News Channel 3 they had all been hanging out with neighbors on Wednesday at about 4:30 p.m., when her three-year-old son went missing.
She immediately called police. Officers came knocking door to door, looking for the child. They even knocked on Vaughn’s apartment, but he claimed he had not seen the boy.
Then, “It so happened that an officer drove down the road and seen a man holding my three-year-old out the window,” she said.
Trenton Police Chief Will Sanders said his officer then saw Vaughn drop the child.
“And the child came walking through here crying, and they ran up there. And Sean was screaming, ‘I didn’t do nothing,’ but the screen was busted out and you could see everything. So it’s just a horrible story,” said Reggie Edwards, who lives across the hall from Vaughn.
Luckily, the child’s mother said the boy landed on his feet and suffered no more than a sprained ankle.
Meanwhile, an investigator remembered a report in May of another toddler being inappropriately touched from the same apartment complex.
