Not a week goes by without white people raping children.
This rapist’s name is Allen Wallace and he’s 19 years old. He was arrested by Bremerton Police for having anti-sexual contact with a 13-year-old-autistic boy he admitted to meeting on Facebook.
The 13-year-old told family members that the two had homosexual contact in the girl’s bathroom at local park, prompting the boy’s parent to call the police.
According to court documents, Wallace reportedly told investigators that the two met over Facebook through a mutual friend, that the 13-year-old had called him and that the two decided to meet. They reportedly met at a local high school and walked to Evergreen-Rotary Park where the incident occurred.
Wallace told officers that he knew what happened was wrong ‘because of the age difference.’ Wallace was charged in Kitsap County District Court with second-degree rape of a child. He was held on $250,000 bail.
Little Maleeya Marie Murley died after suffering a severe brain injury last week in the town of Bells, in western Tennessee, according to The Jackson Sun.
Police believe the fatal impact occurred when Molly Jane Roe threw the baby, causing her to hit her head, court documents said. She was flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, but died on Saturday.
The 24-year-old was initially arrested for aggravated child abuse, but the charges were elevated to first-degree murder after the baby died.
In addition to murder, Roe also faces a charge of aggravated rape of a child.
An examination of Murley after she was hospitalized revealed bruising to her vaginal area, right hip and left side of her stomach, as well as a bite mark on her back, court documents revealed, according to The Jackson Sun.
Police don’t believe the child’s father, Phillip Murley Jr., was involved in his daughter’s death. The abuse is believed to have taken place at Roe’s father’s home.
“It’s sad that something like this could happen to a child,” Terry Patterson, a Bells resident, told The Jackson Sun. “Folks around here really seem to care. It’s a shock.”
Roe is being held without bond.
A Plymouth couple has been charged with rape of a child after police say they sexually abused a 13-year-old boy, a child who never learned how to use eating utensils or how to brush his teeth as the couple kept him secluded from the outside world.
Charges filed against Carol Ann Hann, 43, and Robert Caravella, 52, both of 210 Gould St., describe the life of a child who was never enrolled in school, never made friends and lived in a filthy home with garbage, rotten food and urine-soaked towels strewn about the floor.
Caravella exposed the boy to pornography when he was 8 years old, and eventually Hann forced the boy to have sex with her as Caravella watched, police said.
“It’s a terrible, terrible case,” said Jackie Musto Carroll, Luzerne County’s district attorney. “There’s no other way to put it.”
The case began in August, when Luzerne County Children and Youth Services received a report of a child living in filthy conditions at the Gould Street home, police said. The child was removed from the home, placed with other family and enrolled in counseling, according to court documents.
In January, the boy revealed to his therapist that Hann often had sex with him while Caravella directed them what to do, police said. The boy said he was afraid to refuse, according to court documents.
Arrest papers also indicate that the boy was never enrolled in school and had no friends. He lacked social skills, ate with his hands rather than a fork and was bathed only on occasion, police said.
The boy has since been placed with Children and Youth and is attending school, Musto Carroll said.
“He’s in a much better situation at the present time,” she said. “He’s doing much better right now.”
Police charged Hann and Caravella with rape of a child and corruption of minors. Caravella also faces charges of endangering the welfare of children, obscene and other sexual materials and performances.
Both remain in Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.
